Pee proof pad. Got to quote a job. Newer carpet, he said she said who donit, landlord/tenant. I love being the / but its money. So Pull the carpet back Yada Yada Yada. Anything to be concerned about with that type of pad. I would guess it puddles in areas of staples. Gives pee an easier way to Migrate. Any other considerations??

I hate that stuff, we have to pull the pad when ever it's wet in a water loss.

Moisture barrier on each side won't allow us to dry it. :x

Pull the carpet back and make sure the pee pad has not been installed in several smaller pieces, especially if the pieces have not been taped together with water repelling tape. The urine seeps down where the sections butt together and is trapped. If that is the case the affected areas of the pad have to be removed and the floor treated.
