PA cleaners exemption form

I called the 800 number for the PA dept of health yesterday (1-877-724-3258) and they emailed us an exemption form to fill out and submit to see if we're allowed to operate. The guy I spoke to said we don't easily fit into any specific category. Called our PA Senator, her office staff feels that we fall into two exempt categories. I filled out the form also, just waiting for contact from the governor’s office.
