pack outs

For those of you that do pack outs. Do you have a separate contract for them? and if so, can I take a peek at it? We are currently in the process or redoing ours.

Same one we use for all services, nothing special.

So do we, its just that we then have a bunch of forms for them initial and sign; We want to be named on the check, we do not do a pack back until the pack out has been paid, we are not responsible for stuff left in a POD if the home owner has a key to it... etc.. etc. So we want to put all this things in a pack out contract to make things easier.
