Paint on Tile and Grout - Suggestions?

I have a customer who has paint on their ceramic tile.

The paint on the tile is not the problem but the paint in the grout lines.

Any suggestions for cleaning the paint out of the grout lines?

Repainting all the grout lines is not an option.

paint stripper, scrub/scrape hard with brushes/plastic putty knifes and turbo off. methaleyne chloride so wear a full faced respirator...have fun and charge well

Carbide grout file. Scrape it off.
