Whats your approach to drying walls with paneling and drywall behind paneling?

Drill it dry it. Use corded drill, cordless usually is not strong enough. Use probes to monitor.
Panel is pretty (ugly) durable and resists mold. It should be fine PROVIDED the drywall hasn't had previous issues. If that is the case then why risk it, pull it and dry the structure.
