After filling out 12 page vendor form, auto, worker comp, liability ins.
They still dont like how the endorsements are filled out on ins certificate!!!!



No wonder the economy has been slowing ....

Yeah, had to reschedule last minute. Still didnt work it out.

Fortunately we had a college turnover we have full access to, sent them there instead.

Ever have this happen?

They needed the policy directly from the insurer, they wouldnt accept a binder from the local agent.
Never had that happen before

I hate the stuff. We did a small mold job for a condo and had 10-pages of BS to fill out. Worse part it was after the fact.
We got paid but for as small as the project was, we did paperwork for something 10x the size.

Yep.......And they wonder why no one wants to do work for them.......... We charge higher rates for BS hoops we gotta jump through.... Make it worth doing...
