Any wire braid hose will be damaged by freezing if not emptied. The damage won't be immediately noticed in most cases. Swelled casings, and black water will warn you.

Yes, wire braided. I was typing same time as you and figured mine answered your question.

Rated 275 F and 3000 psi, printed on the jacket, worth the trade offs to us.

I'm gonna give Bulter's nylon braided hose a try when my spring $$$$cushion gets here. I'll let you know how it holds up

Sure, but if you've noticed sometimes hoses and tools get left too far from the heat. Not an Alabama thing...
Hoses can freeze while laying on the frozen ground too that's another reason to lay the solution line last and roll it up first.
