Patch work?

I've got an appartment complex I'm trying to get. What do you charge for patch work and restretch for rentals. Could be 20 large units a week.

I charge $25 for small patches and go up accordingly. Stretching is $30 per room. Both items go really fast. I use a coolglide iron and a template for patches. Average patch takes 10 minutes, 15 with getting tools out and such.
