Pattern/seam correction.

I don't do much of this sort of work... when I do, I don't usually post about it coz it gets the layers backs up.

Layer got uneven stretch between the dining room and lounge room and ended up with a pattern mismatch on the seam. Client went ballistic for 3 months trying to get the retailer to honour his workmanship.

Eventually, they sent in a fault request to the manufacturer and the head rep inspected. Agreed to send me is 'to see if anything can be done'.

Looks good to me John. The important thing is whas the customer happy? I'm sure they were.

M, an hour and a half including chit chat, coffee etc.

David, The client was absolutely wrapped with the job... they had been going for 3 months to the retailer and were getting no where. The client gave them 1 week to do something about it before they took other actions (she didn't elaborate) within the week, the manufacurer's head rep was onsite.
