There are a "ton" (in multiple senses of the word) of them out there. When they came out, they seemed feather-light compared to the previous tri jet wand, which was akin to pushing a boat anchor strapped to an anvil over the carpet.

Those were the days when cleaners retired or hired young guys early.

Nice, durable product though, and glides will give them a lifetime of good use beyond the truckmounts that they accompanied with the purchase.

If you want to get a better work out while wanding, this wand performs every bit as good as the Sapphire 12", that I got for free ten or so years ago, but yes, you will be in the home 4.9 minutes longer per 2000 ft of open space compared to a 14" wand.

In a heavily furnished home its a wash.

WHAT? Ive been using a Prochem TriJet for years. Its super light weight. Had a quad as a backup but it was much heavier.

I’m showing my age.

I meant the vintage Tri Jet from the 70s. I remember they did lighten it up in the 80s.
