Peroxide

Anybody have experience with using peroxide in mold remediation? Read the article in cleanfax about "the Carolina protocol"
Spray on, creates chemical burn, then hepa vac off
Sounds like a great alternative to sanding
Pros, cons, etc?

Works great. We still rely on removal and sanding but in difficult to reach areas we will spray, boil and HEPA.
