You've Turbo'd it with Oxy this or Oxy that and followed up with a acid cleaning yet you still have stubborn stains, so what do you do now?

Color seal the whole floor?

Just over the spots?

How about this..

Get out your tile saw and scratch away the top layer of grout..

Dig out just enough to get the stain out (assuming it is not too deep)..

The grout will be much lighter, don't panic. Just spray some strong acid cleaner on the area and scrub it in..

Then wipe it up with a wet towel. When it's dry you'll see 90% or better improvement on most stains.

( not the best results I got on this floor doing this but you get the idear...)

Mikey, great minds think alike. I've been doing the same think except the acid trick. I also will carry some stain coloring and float over it to blend it.

So just kinda scratch the stain away? What acid cleaner were you using there?

The stains I'm dealing with are all over the floor. But that is a great idea.
