Pet safe disinfectant?

I treated a mold spot at the local, no-kill animal shelter. No biggie.
However, they are in the habit of using a pump up sprayer to spray bleach on the ceilings and walls and floor. I think that is asking for it, breathing the chlorine.
Do any of you recommend a cat and dog safe disinfectant? If so, what would it be?

Richard? Larry? I tend to stop by and accidentally do stuff, so if it takes an old Coastie to appy it, that would be okay too.

Steramist is safe to use and provides a 6-log kill. 99.999999% efficacy rate. The BIT solution is a 7% Hydrogen peroxide that is then ionized creating reactive oxygen species. Cutting edge technology.

The Tomi/TSN website list these guys in the South. Where are you located? Medishield Environmental Services Inc. | Columbus, GA

Once we launch our business we will likely offer to do the Humane Society's in our markets at no cost.

But Richard, I can't afford it either. Or did you mean the Columbus GA guy?

What they need is something that they can douche the kennel rooms out on a monthly basis, safely. The animals are outside when they spray bleach.

I would suggest anything with thyme oil as the main ingredient.
The hippie crowd would like the green-ness and chemical free-ness.
