Did a 4 story condo building this morning. 4 hallways, split level with 5 stairs separating the 2 levels. Made up my chemistry at the shop, loaded up the truck and spent 1.5 hours on site for $750. Hwe, if you could get close enough, would be 4 hours. Carpets look clean, smell clean and the strata president is very happy.

Used mine yesterday cleaning up a 3rd floor hallway in a waterfront hotel in Summerland…
Another company was used, and couldn’t fix the minor issues they had. They wanted the hotel to shutdown the third floor for 24 hrs to rectify the situation.

I was in and out in one hour, including set up, and breakdown, and now we have the contract 3 times a year…

All 4 floors.

Including travel, made 550.

Like fish in a barrel…
