HI EVERYONE, I JUST BOUGHT A BOX TRUCK AND I NEED SOME IDEAS ABOUT SET UP AND SHELVING. CAN YOU SEND ME A PICTURE OF YOUR BOX TRUCK SO I CAN GET SOME IDEAS. IT DOESN'T MATTER OF YOU ARE PROUD OF OR NOT.

THE BOX IS MADE OF FIBERGLASS AND THERE IS NO PLYWOOD IN THE INSIDE SO I CAN'T MAKE HOLES AND DRILL IN IT. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO PUT PLYWOOD IN.

MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL

There are vertical ribs that you can use to attach the plywood, 1x6 lumber or sheet aluminum. Might be worth putting in a strip or two of E-track so you can use it to hold equipment in place.

The location of the "water pond"...will not allow shelves on the rear doors...

This allows us to have 2 alley ways to carry more equipment...There is a stainless chem. shelve mounted behind the water pond...This is for chems & items to that are not used on every job ...It is a better use of the floor space..!

That is a good set up Harper. The blue of the pond and the grey vac hose go good together. But could you get rid of that fuggggly solution hose? It just ruins the color scheme. :p

That's great. Did you get Parker hose?

No...But as the Goodyear's get FriEd...I will replace with Parker...!

All of our units are "High Heat"...Plus they are all on LIVE hose reels.. :!:

So as you know...The 1st 25 ft. on the reel burn-up in a hurry...

Ps. I installed 50' of 3/8 hose on the reel...then 150' of 1/4 inch solution hose...
This has worked VERY well...It doubles the life of the 1/4 inch hose...
It seems to Disperse the HEAT much faster... :?:
