I say Merry Christmas to my friends and family and to most people.
But I do respect any other culture that does not celebrate it or Celebrates something similar during the same period.

And some of my customers don't...so why shove it in there face and lose business.

I'll say "happy f'n a frog in the ass day" if it will keep the money coming.
