i just got off the phone with the guy who bought my '85 butler a few months back and he is happy as a pig in slop with it. It is a good example of what a truckmount should be, its just, err. expansive.

After a little looking around the Transit Connect is going to a new platform in two years. At that time Ford will likely also end the E-series current vans as well. The larger Transit (not the Connect) vans with several diesel options will then replace the E-series and go head to head with the Sprinter.

That would be a more likely platform for the Butler if Chevy keeps dropping the ball.

About time...

I've seen several larger Transit overseas, they're great vans too.
