That’s an entire different story. That place killed my Proteam. I had to retire it today. It started getting hot and smoking. Then it got clogged with crap. While trying to clear the blockage the hose broke. It was a horrible experience. I’m actively looking for a replacement. I think I may buy a Shark Professional.

If you don't have time to order...Shark is probably the best over the shelf choice from everyone's feedback. But if you do have time to order, then Jimmy's 18inch Hoover is my next vacuum I'm gonna buy

OMG, you tore up your Pro Team with that S-H?!! I know it’s hard to carry everything but a Big dust pan for those is a must. Scoop it up!!! I just bought an Hoover Insight for one of my locations on Amazon for $180. the 13”. I’m not a Hoover fan, but it is duel motor with a wand. For that amount, you can throw it away. Your Pro Team is fixable.

Honestly, i’m done with that damn Proteam. I’ve been their biggest cheerleader and the stupid thing just keeps breaking. I’m constantly ordering new parts from www.partswarehouse.com for it. It just isn’t tough enough for the Damon. Plastic is constantly cracking and that thing likes to clog at the hint of cat hair. I hate getting down on a dirty ass carpet to unclog it. I’m giving the Shark a run.

I’m not kidding, the exterior is crumbling away. The plastics have become fragile and brittle. Maybe it was the heat from sitting in the van.
