We refer it to a PROFESSIONAL..................... :!:

Same reasoning as to why I don't offer water damage. The few times a year I run across a repair its easier for me to refer them to a specialist that does that ALL the time. What they can do in 20 min would take me 40. Besides, I haven't the knees to be trying to kick a carpet in.
