so my powermatic sat for a month while I was dong work to it was using the 805 I picked up last month went to fire up the powermatic the coil on the burner is plugged tried air and water pressure no dice any suggestion to get it unplugged thanks Ken
Chisel? Maybe a dremel tool.
Pull the QD off the front so the line is wide open .
Turn 3 way valve to high pressure setting...engage the pump
see if that doesn't blast crud out
if not, pull the front panel, disconnect line at firebox
if still no juice/crud squirts out, follow Lee's suggestion......dynamite
NOTE...the above is predicated on, you're sure your pump is primed, clutch did indeed engage and PSI gauge shows pressurization ...first
Run water thru backwards. I had one sit for a year. It was iron not copper.
