pop-sicle color stain

standard condo carpet off white,,,customer says they are popsicle spots.any ideas please.

popsicle equals synthetic dyes most of the time equal a reducing agent like Red Relief, RED 1, red vanish etc..

Synthetic dyes stains from food coloring. Treat with RedZone or Red Relief. If the carpet had protector or if the stains have not been there a long time, they may come out with the new red removers like RedZONE just by applying and letting it work for a while. For unprotected carpet or older stains, you will likely need some heat applied.
