does the fresh water tank fill up enough to add a rinse agent???

most do. most have at a minimum 10 gal tank. some have chemical metering so you dont have to mix it does it for ya. some super light models however do not have a tank where you can add a rinse agent.

I'm sure you could hook up a hydroforce dema type valve to suck out of a gallon of chemical as it fills your fresh water supply.

Yes Andy's has pump out.
and just for the record, you can adjust the auto fill water level up or down, it's currently set to hold about 7 gal if memory serves.

The M5 is an impressive machine on 100' of hose.
