Portables will work for high rises....
Even if you had the same heat same vacuum same water flow you still have
Major issues pulling a portable upstairs..
If you ever pop a circuit in a house it's a major pain and embarrassment to ask the owner where the breakers are......
It is easier to setup your 150-200 ft of truckmount than to plug and unplug a portable

All those vac motors and when under load they struggle and slow down leaving them inept .

Whereby a blower will keep sucking until it breaks.

I knew a girl like that..well not exactly like that. She sucked until I was broke.
