Lack of oil changes and a leaky pump are a given...

Sapphire needs to get on the same goal as this thread and re-design their units for easier access to the main components for easier maintenance and repair

"Are a given" because you expect that, or that the owner has reported that?

I agree that oil changes would be pretty challenging with that set up.

How many hours?

The pump rebuild or change will be labor intensive; that reel will have to come out for sure to get to the pump.

I call those types of installs "Salesman's Promises". Most installers/mechanics would go on strike before putting one in like that.

I've had an abundance of calls from really clueless carpet cleaners this week, lol.. so I'm being extra gracious here by saying it's a given...

I truly understand.

The things we see in our service department are beyond description.

This was behind the drivers seat....revealed when the hose reel was removed.

How about not spending an assload of money on a radiator that leaks after a year when you could do it the same as the first models that cost 1/3 the amount and lasts a lot longer. I couldn’t drive around in a van with all that crap on the floor.

I don’t understand the logic of the back door install. I just don’t. Hose reel yes, but machine? Weight distribution don’t make sense. Like I said, my disty, the Longley boys say, your machine in the side door, water tank to the side, hose reel to the back, no discussion😂 Come back when you need us🤷🏼‍♂️ oh yeah, that’s $750.😬

That's how we do it. Remove the solution reel to put in portables, OP, etc.

Great people at that place!
