Update- This morning he ate some breakfast and some lunch as well. He's feeling a little better and when I popped in at lunch time his color was better too. He still has a surgery to get done, but this is a fantastic improvement. Thanks to all!

Even better. I brought him in some Chinese food and he cleaned his plate. He's able to get up and walk around a bit, the blood counts are getting close to the normal range and his bp is dropping. The relief is tremendous!

And tonight we're on our way down to the rink to watch our beloved Canucks demolish the ultra evil Chicago Blackhawks. Still some surgery to be done next month, but it's all good we hope. I'm just happy to go to the game with my boy tonight.

And they're only going to get better when they trade Luongo. Rumour has it Edmonton offered Sam Gagne and Habeeboolynn ( I can't spell his name off hand) - not enough. Next games up for me are Detroit and then St Louis. Love the Nucks, but most hate them. Apparently there's a club that's members hate successful and talented reams from the center of the known universe. Who knew?
