Is Cobb Powermax a good commercial prespray? I'm talking about bank/office carpets that are just dirty from high traffic. I'm looking to replace my fibermaxx powermaxx which works great but I get pissed constantly seeing the powder clumped atthe bottom of the jug because it won't mix. So I'm looking to try something new

Try extreme clean from pros choice. Mixes at 2 oz per gallon does great on all synthetics. Has been my commercial ps of choice for years

I used the Grease Eraser on the second round of my commercial job. It worked great but it seemed like it really wasn't a great value.

I will use Powermax for round 3 without scrubbing to and see how it goes. Powermax seems to be the better value that I can use on almost everything.

If you're testing products & want a powder Clean Streak From Du-Daddy is a good powdered prespray too...

I started with 8oz per gallon, as recommended. I tapered down to 16oz in my 2.5 gallon sprayer. I did not even prescrub. Spray and suck.

I might buy a cimex or orbit machine of some sort for the rest of the place though.
