Powr-flite multiwash 14" CRB?

Has anyone used this affordable CRB? It's $1500 so it's far cheaper than a Whittaker. I've used the Whittaker and really liked it (2 brush 20" style). Looking for a good CRB for encap and also wondering if these work well for scrubbing prespray prior to HWE? Should I be carrying a Rotary scrubber and a CRB in the van or is one superior?

ive heard though this style doesn't work as well on residential carpet compared to the whttaker though?

Nice little machine to replace a mop and bucket at the very least I think
