BTW I did land a job from that presentation, it was the claim that the carpet will stay clean for 20 years that landed them. I just made sure to put the claim in writing and worded it similar to the carpet manufactures warranty. Basically if anyone ever walks on the carpet,, the 20 year stay clean claim is void.

I think you are overstating your claims. I tell my customers that the carpet will stay clean for 12 years.
