Pre inspection form

For us part time cleaners and color sealers and for a reminder for us older ones who forget is it possible to get a pre made on word PreInspection form for cleaning and sealing of stone, ceramic, porceln tiles and grout??? Having a check list in hand would sure make it easier for us whom do not do tile and grout on a dailey basis. so we don't miss any possible problem areas or miss a possible chance to make more money and do the job correctly.. I believe Mark Twain said "a person who has a cat by the tail, has more knowledge than a person who has just read about the cat" I think this is the position a few of us are in...
