Pre selling your service

I came up with a blog post that I send to all clients two days before their appointment that educates them on our cleaning packages. I also send this to jobs I do not book. If they are just asking for a price quote I will also ask permission to email them the estimate with a listing of our services so that they can compare bids on the quality of the job. When I send the estimate I will also link this page so they can see all of our steps.

Remember I charge a little more then most of my competition so I need to show why. What do you think of the content?
