on my 370 is fluctuating. It won’t hold steady pressure. The needle goes up and drops back down. It starts out ok then I lose pressure. If someone could help me out l would really appreciate it.

Check your unloader valve (pressure regulator). May have debris, broken o- ring or just worn out

Thank you. I found a thread from 2017 that had same thing. I did what he did that fixed it. I think he was Noblecarpetcleaner.

Just had to do the same on my cat 3cp. Pulled the unloader apart, flushed it. Regreased the o rings and the spring and it's working as good as new. Sometimes it's just a warning of something worse to come. I am ordering a repair kit that includes the piston, spring, backing plate, o rings, etc. Although it doesn't look like I have a lot of wear on it, sometimes you just can't see it. it

Changed the intake hose line, it was held on by screw clamp. Could be air entering there. Holding pressure now but my Hydramaster is doing the same thing now.
