My favourite is when we give them a price, they say ‘thank you, I’m going to call around ‘, then, we get a call 1/2 a week later, and they say ‘my couch is reddish brown, and blotchy, can you fix it’?...
Well, did the company do any testing BEFORE they decided to clean it with the high PH cleaner?
Did they ask any pointed questions about the piece?
Did the guy use towels around the furniture?
Did they use fans to help speed dry the piece?
WELL, NO....
NMP....
NOT MY PROBLEM....
That’s what you get when you hire a hack company.

I had a lady do a micro fiber sofa and
love for $150 that she was giving to her daughter.

Then she said she had nicer stuff inside

That another cleaner said was uncleanable.

It was a faux suede microfiber.

She had another couch she said was leather, I said how much did you pay???

She said it wasn’t that much!

I said it’s not real leather
