Going to bid my first commercial bathroom color seal job.

2100 sq ft of 6x6 tile with 1/4" grout. Gray tile and lighter gray grout. Consists of 4 bathrooms with 30 stalls and 16 sinks. Tile border all around. Did a test today and that tile border was a PIA. I was thinking around $3/sq. Figure 2 guys, 3 days. Have to clean them at night and color seal some at night and the rest during the day.

Any thoughts???

I like the price. If have a short video clip that I will post that may help with the boarder. I would also consider a maintenance contract.

Good Luck

Not sure - depends on the install - 2 man crew / 3000sf / 6" tile. 700 -1000 sf per day????

My wife and I did about 400 maybe 500 ft of 13x13 1/4-3/8" lines (sloppy laying job) with 2 coats took about 4 hours. I would guess at a rate of 50-100 ft per man hour including cleaning. Depending on color your changing and size of the tiles. I'd probably guess with 6x6 tiles probably 30-50 ft per man hour. So 3 bucks a ft should be in the ball park.

Got the job. Thanks to Steve for the help as usual.

Will start on Tuesday and finish up on Friday. Thank God for commercial because residential around here bites (and it is supposed to be busy).

Did the dude in the first pic know that you were snapping away?

Good eye. We closed the bathroom with caution tape and cones to start cleaning. Dude walked right in and said, "can I use the jon"? Still had them walking in we had acid all over the floor and pressure wand going. Love those call centers!!
