To make it worthy, you better have a freshy tank......120 gals. Most apartment complexes, if not all, have outside water shut off around here. And with sub zero temps occasionally, chances of a frozen spigot showing up after you turn it on can cost you......even with the frost proof spigots. Or the PITA of tapping into the washing machine line is risky. If anything leaks after you've used it, its "yours". When I pull up to my complexes. I pull 2 hoses in, fire up the Pro, take the wand and sprayer in, and get to work. If it's 2nd-3rd floor, I take up a rope to pull hoses up to window/balcony. My complexes pay decent, with no apartment under $120.
But, be prepared to service any flooding needs that may come up. If they need to call someone else for floods, they probably won't keep you around.
