Printing estimates...

Do any of you use a mobile printer for Xactimate estimates for WD jobs, or, are you taking hard copies and manually writing them?

I know this may be a stupid question, but when I did this business years ago mobile wasn't an option.

I email them one after the job on almost all occasions

An estimate or actual bill? Estimates are 2 copy ncr.

We don't generate the bills on location. We have a person that does billing and she would email of snail mail the bill.
