I'm not sure what that product is but it sounds a lot like OSR. You should mix it in a bucket or watering can. The hotter the water, the more it foams. It should be mixed near where you are going to use it. You than pour it on and extract with a Water Claw.

Odor Rescue is Sodium Percarbonate, Sodium Tri Poly Phosphate (STPP), Surfactant Blend, and fragrance. The STPP is the main ingredient in a lot of emulsifier rinses.

CTI'S OSR says it has a proprietary blend of Oxidizers (Sodium Percarbonate), Surfactants, and deodorizers. I was told by a distributor that it also contains enzymes.

I would go with OSR, as I have heard from a few cleaners that Odor Rescue doesn't work that well, and OSR kicked butt.
