Carpet cleaners talk, I'm sure they know Lisa is no longer running GG. Plus don't they lurk here? They probably heard someone talk about the new GreenGlides brush head and wanted to try it out (even though it's not green) .

As far as the training its one is kind for the industry or one of very few anyway. I'm sure it doesn't bother them much to hand you over a few dollars if they gain some valuable knowledge from it.
