problems with 870 under warranty advise !

hello everyone just trying teo see if anyone has had issues with the 870! I purchased new back in sep 2020 great machine overall but i am going on my 5th radiator under warranty but i feel i may have a lemon .legend brands covers the work but does lemon law apply to carpet cleaning machines ? This time around there going to change out the thermostat aswell and radiator cap but dammn I’ve had other mounts and never have i experienced this . I feel like getting some legal advise if all they want to do is replace the rediator and not the machine . 5 year warranty has saved my ass for now but i only got one year left of coverage . Each radiator is lasting roughly 8 to 10 months and one time went out within a month so i feel the issue is something else

Any input would greatly be appreciated !

how is the radiator failing/symptoms? Same way each time?


no...unless CA has some weird exceptions , which isn't out of the realm of possibility, lemon laws would not apply.

Only real protection is that of warranty laws and it sounds like they are complying with those


Are you just not cooling, getting leaks, overpressure?

Have you sought out a 2nd opinion?
