I bought this ProCaps on Ebay 3 years ago and it was lightly used/new. Even then all of the black paint was flaking off. I stripped it down, repainted it with underhood black and replaced the lifters. Looks good now, we'll see how the paint lasts. The white rubber bumper was cut out of the only white rubber I could find that day, a bath tub liner.

Why bother with that useless machine. That was the biggest waste of money. Windsor and Prochem should refund us all our money.

I've had mine for 3 years and use it almost everyday , not one problem with it yet. Sucks on commercial carpet , but great for residential.
