prochem everest oil pressure sensor

hey guys, my prochem everest with hyandai 1.6 liter engine needs a new oil pressure sensor, the old one is leaking oil, is there one that is compatible with that unit?? i had tried using one from autozone, it fits but the machine shuts down after a few seconds. if you know please post it, thanks

Could be a relay attached to the sender.

Buy the oem one from prochem dealer, replaced mine also

i intend to buy oem , but i have a few jobs tomorrow that i wanted to do, hence the reason for the subtitute

Can you compare numbers on the old one?

Hyundai IS the OEM.

You wont find one off the shelf that will work it has to be the OEM for the ZEEMS system

Like John said, its not OEM hyundai, my bad .He got mine for me while back

I recommend anyone who has the Hyundai engine to buy a spare switch/sensor. The original one is plastic and will fail due to how close it’s mounted next to the exhaust manifold. The new updated one isn’t plastic.

Jondon and aramsco doesn’t carry very many of them, so I advise to get one to keep in the truck
