What would be some reasons for not building any heat? We have about 500 hours on the machine. We were cleaning a nasty restaurant last night and went to do some duel wanding and lost all heat. Any ideas?

The manual is telling me to check to see if the temperature relief valve on the water box is stuck open. Where exactly is that in the water box? The manual sucks.......

Yes and no. All we did was descale and heat seems to be fine. I dont believe it was the problem tho and expect to see it again.

how much flow did you have on both wands? i would guess you are bypassing some water or your flow rate is too high. My 870 will drop to 175 if i dual wand with high flow (10) wand and a zipper. Learning to just dry stroke a bit will help keep the heat around 200.

We were using a prochem titanium with flood jets and a 360i with stock jets that night. The following day at the shop just hooked up to the wand, same thing.

Like I said above, working great now. Plan on replacing that relief valve tho.
