Found this prochem cub on Facebook cheep a couple of weeks ago and bought it. First TM I've ever had. Was not taken care of as the guy i bought it from tested it before he bought it but never winterized it after and never used it. Just sat in a building for 4 or so years. Engine was replaced before the previous owner bought it also.... I changed all the oils and a couple of shady hoses and fired it up and purrs like a kitten! Runs smoth and builds up to around 1300psi. I Didn't play with regulater. connected a 50ft section of pressure hose to it and a power washer gun to run pump awhile. Seemed fine but was only getting nuke warm. Figured it would be the heat exchanger if anything was to be damaged 🙄 whent to move machine back inside and seen water slosh out exhaust. So as of right now the exchanger is being checked to see if its repairable. Otherwise need to find replacement exchanger.

Need some help here please. I’m going through the water plumbing and checking things over. What has me Scratching my head is a check valve that the manual shows flowing to different directions. Which one is correct?

Correction..... it flows as stated in the top picture. I took check valve apart to clarify. But why dose it show the flow reversed in the bottom picture? Typo?

Ok I’m stumped🤔. I’ve searched high and low and can’t seem to find these 2 lines. Numbers 13 and 18 are stainless steel hoses for the chemical injection. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
