Gonna build a new back up rig next year. Been looking at all the above. I would love to see install pics in your vans. What unit you running, waste tank capacity, fresh capacity, hose reels etc?
Also, I love the express 6.0 and its durability, but lack of space is a bummer. How do these new vans and their V-6 compare.
@John Olson has some nice install pics. Maybe he can start...?

3.7 in the Transit is plenty imo.

I would have gone with the front wheel Ram but no low roof 1 ton and no leg room

This is my Express all loaded up.
It is not the extended. That one wouldn't fit in my garage.
I put the chem shelf behind the hose reel. Anything I use often is on the front of the shelf close to the machine. It's easy to reach. The other stuff that I hardly use I have to get in the van to reach.
The under belly fresh tank saves a ton of room.

Seal a door is on the top of the wall, rake on ceiling.

I don't have my tile tools in there yet. I need some hooks to hang the spinner on the wall.

Go drive them all. Was a really easy choice to pick the ecoboost transit over all other brands and engine options after that.
One thing for sure. ... the promaster diesel is one weird drive with the manual automatic transmission
Medium roof 148 wb is what I picked.

That van doesn't exist..afaik.....except as a Nissan NV400/Renault/Opel

Its a rendering predicting the look of a new Chevy 2500/3500 ............since the 1500 was replaced by the Nissan NV200 (City Express)
