Proper wand etiquette?!? WTF?

So apparently while I was browsing youtube I came across this........ WTF is up with the wand handle?!? My back is sore just looking at it.... From what I gathered watching some of the videos, the guy is from Temecula, CA and used the same videos he had in CA but put Honolulu on them....

What's a call back?!? In other videos, it shows forward wet stroke then moves over without a dry stroke and leaves it.... I don't feel soo bad charging what we charge... Customer love clean carpet that dries fast....
