Property manager has my number

I did 2 very trashed jobs in 3 days. Some of the worst jobs I've seen in the last few years. Both are in subsidized housing units. Property manager is doing suite inspections and forcing Tennant's to have their carpets cleaned by me. I have no idea who the property manager is and don't know whether to thank him or curse him. Here are some pics of today's disaster. Vacuumed for almost an hour, filled 2 vac bags on my Panasonic and 4 dirt cups on my shark.
