I know solvent is best but what do the big furniture companies use and guarantee for 5 years?

Most of them use a solvent-based fluorochemical,
for better protection.
The guarantees mainly cover an attempted cleaning procedure.
They are not that strong.

warren call mike over at hardball chemical he has a great product that i will stand behind. I have had it at a major car dealership for right at 2 years and it still repeals water.
