Does any of you out the have the client sign any form or wavier when they decline buying carpet protector for their freshly cleaned carpet. if you do can you share that form and tell me what is the feedback and results you are getting from doing that?

Sounds like a good way to scare them into buying the product ..

if your concerns are being responsible for damaging carpets because you didn't apply it - then spell it out on both copies of the receipt that they declined .. when the issue comes up, they'd have to pull a receipt out of their ass and it will state they declined .. no receipt, sorry you must of called another cleaner

I decline "fries with that" all the time. Burger king dosent ask me to sign a waiver. A work order with a "declined protector" box isn't a bad idea though.
