Will "removed" urine stain still show up with a black light?
The urine is on an area rug so we can give it a good flushing and even soak it in a tub with proper chems. We are very good at getting out all the odor but will it still show up with a black light.
The custy has a black light and will check our work.
My understanding is that the stain will show up-- but I've been wrong before.

I'll tell my guy to put the rug in the "Rug Jacuzzi" overnight. then after rinsing and cleaning it on the floor to inspect it with our black light. I'll ask him to text me a photo that I can share with you guys.
I cant do it cuz I'm in Thailand again.

The stain MAY show up. Preety common fo rthis to happen on residentail cut-pile carpet. The glow shoulod not be as intense after cleaning.

With wool rugs that are pretty dense constrcution, there is not usually anything left to see after a thorough pit washing. Partly due to the different cleaning process but also partly due to the difference in construction between a rug and most installed carpet.

I've noticed, If customer ever tried to clean it themselves they usually will still show after being professionally cleaned.

Salts and esters gone, proteins can remain.

I have no idea what that meant, but it sounds cool.
