Question for SQUARE users

I am looking at getting either a smartphone or Ipad.

But if I go with just the pad, there's a fee of 20.00 per month for 1GB of data usage.

I am wondering how MUCH data is being used per transaction?

Any help would be appreciated

I don't know the exact amount of data being sent during the transaction but I doubt its a large amount, I think the WOW factor with the custy while using an IPAD will be worth it.

If you get the Ipad you need to get the one that runs of the 3G network and not the wifi. At&t data plans suck... I went to Verizon and got the new android x with a screen the size of other whole phones..and just got my square in the mail. Unlimited data plan.

Get the phone....because you can use it as a phone too.

Althought the pads are good for showing work orders etc.
