Question for the old farts!!

I tried to google the info on this unit, but nothing came up. Does the s/c stand for Self Contained? I formed my conclusion on the sink in the picture. So what's the actual specs? I'm just curious. It's on a different island, so I can't just drive to see it.

It hooks to a sink and has automatic discharge and a vacuum assembly. Thinkof it a Steamin Demon or the new Versaclean machine
